What is the delivery time?

Ordered Monday to Friday before 16:00 (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. In general, your order will be delivered the next day. It is always possible that there is an outflow. We will let you know. Of course we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Ordered on Saturday before 14:00, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Are there shipping costs?

Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium will be sent to you free of charge.

How do I know if my order has been completed?

You will receive a confirmation on your email address with a Track & Trace code. This way you can see where your order is at any time of the day. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam mail. Otherwise we will be happy to help you. Please contact us via support@bluebarnjeans.com

My size is no longer available

It is possible that a size is sold out. Send us an email and we will contact you to inform you about delivery times.

How does the ordering process work?

How do I track my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number to track your package at any moment.

How can I submit a complaint?

All our products are made with the utmost care and attention.
If you have a complaint about an ordered product you can send an email to support@bluebarnjeans.com or contact our customer service: 085-0608510.

We will respond as soon as possible (within 2 working days at the latest) by telephone or email to the subject of the complaint. See our Terms and Conditions for more information about our complaint procedure.

Can I cancel/revoke my order?

You have the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receiving the article without reasons. After this period you still have 14 days to return your article(s), unused and provided with all hangtags and original attributes.

You can submit your revocation by sending us an email or fill in and submit the cancellation form.

When will I be refunded?

Upon receipt of an article in new condition and with all attached labels, we will process your return within two working days.

At the latest within two weeks after receipt, we will refund the amount to your bank account known to us.

Are returns for free?

Yes, you can return the ordered items to us free of charge.

How do I return an item?

You can return your purchases unused, with the original labels attached and in the original packaging within 30 days after delivery. Of course you may try on the products. To make it easy for everyone, you can not exchange but you will receive the purchase amount, if you meet the return requirements. After receiving the goods, we will use the same payment method via our payment provider to refund the purchase amount. We strive to refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days. Refunds via credit card will take longer, assume 10 to 14 working days.

You can register a return via support@bluebarnjeans.com or via our online return portal. When you place an order, you will receive a form with a detailed description of the return procedure.
